Rise Together
The Youth initiative to Develop Community Entrepreneurship in J&K
What is the purpose of this scheme?
§ The programme focuses on introducing and developing community-oriented entrepreneurship in J&K.
Who is eligible for rise together scheme?
§ Any domicile of J&K, essentially registered with Mission Youth, J&K.
§ Only the Youth Groups with minimum 3 youth members shall be eligible for Financial Assistance under the scheme.
What is the objective of the Scheme?
§ To develop Community Oriented Entrepreneurship in J&K.
§ To introduce new concept of ‘Rise Together’ based on integrated & projectivized growth model.

§ Any activity necessarily/ reassuring promotion of self-reliance & inclusive social development.
What is the Eligibility for applying for this scheme?
§ Any domicile of J&K, essentially registered with Mission Youth, J&K.
§ Only the Youth Groups with minimum 3 youth members shall be eligible for Financial Assistance under the scheme, 18 to 35 years Page 5 of 12 having a minimum qualification of 12th standard
What is the Funding Pattern of the scheme?
§ Under the scheme, the eligible Youth Groups shall be facilitated to avail a financial assistance to the extent of ₹ 20.00 lakh including upfront subsidy component provided by Mission Youth under the programme
§ The financial assistance under the programme shall be given to the extent of 80% of the project cost based on the project plan and estimates submitted subject to maximum of ₹20.0 lakh.

MUMKIN-Scheme
What is MUMKIN Scheme?
§ Under the Mumkin scheme, unemployed youth are facilitated to procure small commercial vehicles, on subsidized basis, to establish a sustainable livelihood line in the transport sector
What are the incentives under MUMKIN scheme?
§ As a special incentive under this scheme, Mission Youth is contributing 0.80 lakh or 10% of On-Road Price of Vehicle (whichever is Minimum) per beneficiary and an equivalent amount is also contributed by the vehicle manufacturers
What vehicle options are available under this scheme?
§ Mission Youth has tied up with reputed vehicle manufacturers as scheme partners for providing the best-in-class options of vehicles to the youth. Pertinently, discretion to choose type of vehicle is left to the youth under scheme guidelines

Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative-SEI
What is the objective of SEI Scheme?
§ This scheme will be centered on the theme Youth Enterprise with Innovation (YouWiN)/ Champion for Innovation program for encouraging young entrepreneurs’ especially young women towards innovations in various enterprises.
What is the eligibility to apply in this scheme?
§ The financial assistance would be given only to youth between the age of 18 to 40 years having a minimum qualification of 12th standard or above.
What is the Financial Assistance Provided under the Scheme?
§ Assistance under the scheme shall be minimum Rs.2.00 Lakh Maximum Rs.20.00 Lakh including the interest capitalized during implementation period shall be provided as assistance.

What is the Objective of the Scheme?
To impart Market Driven Skill Development programmes for youth of Jammu and Kashmir
Who is eligible for this programme?
Any candidate between the age of 18-35 is eligible for this programme.
What is the duration of the programme?
The programme is of the duration between 3 weeks to 5 months.
What kind of Trainings are provided?
The trainings are given in focus sectors at Tourism, IT, handicrafts, Retail, Agriculture, construction, and other focus sectors of the Jammu & Kashmir.
Are there trainings on Entrepreneurship Development?
Mission youth runs trainings for budding entrepreneurs in collaboration with JKEDI wherein the trainings related to business are given to candidates.

What is the objective of this scheme?
The scheme aims to address unemployment in dental sector by providing customized financial support to professionals for setting up dental clinics

Maximum amount of 8 lakh shall be provided as financial assistance under this scheme for setting up a dental clinic.

Young Innovators Program
What are the objectives of this programme?
The broad aim of the Scheme is to empower youth of J&K to innovate new products, services, or models in any area of their interest like art, craft, literature, science, etc.
What is the Eligibility for this scheme?
The financial assistance would be given only to youth between the age of 18 to 35 years having a qualification of 10th standard or above.
What Is the financial assistance given under this scheme?
The total amount of assistance provided under this scheme shall be subject to a maximum limit of Rs 5 lakh.
SAHATYA Scheme
The aim of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the youth in distress
Assistance under this scheme: the total amount of self-employment assistance under this scheme shall be 2.00 lacs.
Eligibility: Any person between the age of 18-35 who has lost his next of his Kin/family member in insurgency related action.
Permeant incapacitation: Means disability of 50% or above suffered by the victim or his/her family.
